My goal is to make each appointment feel intentional, comfortable, and truly cared for. In my personal life, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and traveling. I look forward to welcoming you and creating something beautiful together.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so that the time may be offered to another guest. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service. 15 minute grace period if you are running late. Anything past 15 minutes will be rescheduled. Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for availability. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit to secure future bookings. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests. Your understanding and support are truly appreciated.
